  If you’re looking for a great tree service, I highly recommend Champion Tree Service. I’ve been using them to trim my trees for over five years, and they just finished trimming all of my palms this week. They’re always on time, do great work, clean everything up when they’re finished, and their pricing is very reasonable. The owner, Rob, is very hands-on and makes sure the job is done right.   Highly recommend Champion Tree Service! Scott came out last Saturday within 15 minutes of a tree falling on my house and had it cleared off about an hour later.   They came to my house even earlier than they said they would. I had them do some trimming and removal of downed large branches on a very large water oak, trimming of dead and broken branches from a pine, removing two large red tip photenias, and removing a large Chinese parasol tree. They completed all the cutting and moving the logs and branches to the road in two hours. Their truck came the same day and picked up the logs and branches. The stump grinder came a few days later and ground the three stumps. I'm pleased with the work they did and the cleanup.

  We had a large limb fall in the backyard yard taking down some utility lines in the process on a Wednesday afternoon. On Thursday morning I called 3 tree services- #1 couldn't come until 2 ½ weeks later, #2 never returned my call, and #3 didn’t respond until the following Monday. I contacted Champion on Friday morning, they came to the house in about an hour, assessed the work, provided a price that we deemed acceptable, and scheduled the work for the following week. The team arrived on Monday as expected and completed the tree removal in short order. The logs were removed before the weekend. The next Monday they came and ground down the large stump. Champion answered the phone (no recording), came when they said they would, and cleaned up their work areas. I can assure you that should we need additional tree trimming or removal they will be the FIRST call.

 Verified Champion Tree Service is wonderful. Scott Champion carefully video taped each tree I needed worked on.  The next day Cornelius and his team came, and Cornelius made sure he knew what needed to be done.  (He did.). They cut down a huge hickory tree, a tree that had fallen over a fence and limbed 6 limbs away from my roof. Afterwards they completely cleaned up. Cornelius walked me through what they had done and made sure everything, like my swing, was returned to where it should be. I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

  Please use this company! Very reasonably priced and very professional. It only took them several hours to take down one medium tree and one large tree and they were very prompt getting me scheduled. They even cut a few extra dead limbs and one or two small stumps that weren't quoted. They missed a stump to grind up that was quoted and quickly came back out to get it. They blew off the entire driveway and yard even though they only worked in part of it. It is refreshing to deal with a company who cleans up behind themselves and clearly takes pride in their work.   So I happened to have the world strongest dead tree. This old man clearly watched over this neighborhood. It was time to give treebeards distant cousin a proper rest. These guys made cutting down this tree a priority, and I do appreciate it. I had a guy and his crew ghost me? This is business, and you ghost a customer that's wow. This was a two day job. The crew did a great job. Considering the size and the location, it was impressive. The price yea well if your tree towers over other trees and is hollowed out. The price it is what it is. Price was VERY fair and they were out the very next day to do the work. When I say PROFESSIONAL company, it’s not enough. Their team of workers were GREAT and extremely polite.   I had a giant tree fall through the middle of my house in Trussville. Scott showed up the next morning, a Satruday, after our phone call and gave me a very fair bid. Rain was on the horizon and he got a crew there on that day and completed the job including tarping the roof to prevent further damage. TOTAL RECCOMMEND.   I contacted several tree service companies for estimates to remove a large tree and chose Champion due to they came on time to give me an estimate, were competitive with there estimate, were very polite and nice. After agreeing on the price and the date to remove the tree, there crew arrived on time, were very respectful and professional! and conscientious of my property, they worked together and efficiently! They had the job completed in less than three hours with no debris left behind. They thanked me for my business and left. I could not tell that I had an 60 foot tree laying across my yard after they dropped it, cut it up and removed everything without damaging my property!   After a tree fell on our house I was sure it would be a nightmare to get it cut and hauled away.  Not so!!   Champion was out the very next day and had the tree cut and removed in just a few hours.  The best part?   The price was HALF of what had been quoted from another tree company.   A simple phone call and Scott was out the next afternoon to look at the scope of work and giving an estimate.  A couple of days later (earlier than original estimate 😁) the crew arrived to begin the work.  They were absolutely awesome!!!  The constant “hot mike”communication and positioning of the crew was very indicative that Safety was their  Number One priority!!  The entire operation, members and equipment, was incredible to watch.   Everyone was polite and alway had time to answer any questions we had. They came out within a week (probably would've been sooner but we had several rainy days during that period.) One of my biggest compliments to these guys is that you almost couldn't tell they'd even been there other than for the trees being removed. Grass was not damaged and all debris had been removed!   Had them clean up a massive tree from atop a car and carport after hurricane Zeta. They did a great job. Didn't take the stump, which I suppose is my fault for not asking about it.

  The team did an excellent job removing six huge trees with no damage to the remaining trees. Ground the stumps up and happy with the work. Will recommend and will use again next year when I have to remove more trees.

  I had an old, dead oak tree, a large pile of overgrown shrubbery and more removed and hauled off. Champion Tree Service was reasonably priced and Mr. Champion works with you. Stephen, Jesse, Cory and Geo were the guys that cut my trees and they were great. Even cleared out my gutters during cleanup. I for sure plan on working with this company again as I clear out more trees down the road.

  I would highly recommend Scott and his team for any tree work.. I called at 8 am on a Saturday morning and they arrived within one hour to give an estimate. Pricing was competitive, service was quick and everyone was friendly. I’m glad I called Champion Tree Service.
